Last week we made Thai "spirit houses" and floats for the Loy Krathong festival; then this week, the girls got to take a Thai cooking class from local friends who just returned from a travel schooling adventure in Thailand. G was super excited to be able to participate in a cooking class - her new passion! There were no leftovers - not good for me :-), but indicative that tasty fun was had by all.
These photos were from a different day; on G's co-op day, she pulled out one of our Thai books and shared it with the other kids; very cool.
