Bethlehem AD

Three nights of fun, role playing in a living history set up and live nativity. The girls rotated to different groups, handing out coins for visitors to pay taxes, harassing Roman soldiers, learning Hebrew from rabbis, playing with dreidels, making jewelry and cracking nuts in the marketplace, holding chickens and rabbits, helping with the larger livestock (sheep, horses, calves, camels, even a tortoise), and kneeling at the manger.  No rain, huge crowds; a success!
