A new and awesome day for G that is going to be a favorite: 1) Country studies, taught in Spanish. We are starting with Greece and the kids found it on a map, learned about the flag, looked at some photos, discussed the climate, and made a Greek salad.
Then, Boomerang founder David Stromm taught a storytelling class. They were mesmerized! And I like his philosophy, "by enabling a child's imagination, you are ensuring that there is no limit to what he or she can do!"
Class #3: Scientific basics. Really awesome teacher who covered energy and motion, states of matter, the periodic table, and some fun experiments all in a short time.
