A fun day with faculty friends and others whom we were delighted to have join us. It was great to catch up; great to watch the kids run endlessly having so much fun in the hay maze, on a tractor ride, and in a massive "sand box" full instead of corn kernels; and great to be outside with Charles, who navigated the uneven ground just fine with his crutches. It was bright and windy (we were relatively close to the ocean) and startlingly dry throughout Marin and southern Sonoma counties. Gorgeous, still! Praying for rain....
