Winter Trip to Yosemite Valley Day 1

After surviving the night, we hiked about 12 miles around the valley, up to Hidden Falls, and partway up the Snow Creek trail.  Great to have Luke with us again, exploring new parts of the valley.

(I'd never experienced cold as if it was a burning sensation, but at night, the fingers of cold that crept under my clothes felt like they were burning against me.  Somehow, though, it wasn't bad, just a different experience.)
